Characteristics
PVC plastic “polyvinyl chloride plastic”,it is white powder,the product mainly made by polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer,and add other elements to enhance goods heat resistance,toughness and ductility，it is one of common thermoplastic.the product color blightly,Anti-corrosion,strong and durable,It also fire resistance (Flame retardant value ≥40),High chemical resistance(sulfuric acid’s concentration 90%,Nitric acid’s concentration 60% and Sodium hydroxide’s concertration 20%),excellent mechanical strength and good Insulation.But light resistance and heat resistance are little bit badly(softening point 80℃,if temperture more than 130℃,color will change and come out HCI),So we must add stabilizer to improve light resistance and heat resistance when used.
