Instructions

Addition suggestions: Ternary systems (NCM523、NCM622、NCM811、NCA811):1.2-1.8%;

LEP systems : 2.2-2.8%;LMO systems:1.3-1.7%;LCO systems:1.0-1.2%

(The amount of addition is adjusted according to the density and specific surface area of the positive electrode material.)

How to use: Stir at a high speed for 1-1.5 hours when the wet glue is used, then enter the pulping process after the PVDF is completely dissolved. Due to the large molecular weight of PVDF resin and slow dissolution rate, the stirring time can be increased. PVDF is added to the stirring tank in batches and the stirring temperature is increased to improve the dissolution rate.

Storage and Attention

PVDF Packaged in a two-layer polyethylene plastic bag. Products should be stored in clean, dry warehouses to prevent the introduction of impurities. This product is non-toxic and harmless at room temperature, but it should be noted that the processing temperature should not exceed 350 ℃, so as to prevent toxic gas from decomposition.
